Aloha and Welcome! We are pleased to invite you to stay in our well-maintained, fully furnished villa in Waikoloa Beach Resort on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This corner, ground floor unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, and covers 1403 sq ft.
The Master bedroom has a Cal-king bed, second bedroom has a Queen bed, and third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. Free WIFI, internet, parking and air conditioning are included! The well-equipped kitchen has just about everything you may need to prepare your next meal. Relax in the bright and airy feel of this spacious villa with the tastefully thought-out decor. You can watch stunning mountain and garden views from the lanai - which also has its own BBQ grill to use for your enjoyment. There are beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler to use when you adventure out. There are also tennis and pickleball rackets to use at the onsite courts. The free parking provided is in front of the detached garage close by.
Hali'i Kai is a private, gated community where the amenities are one of a kind! Multi-tiered resort size saltwater lagoon pool with sand bottom hot tub, waterfall, and in water loungers. The Ocean Club is a poolside restaurant and bar with its own gourmet chef as well as grills and a dining area for guest use. Fully equipped Fitness Center set on the lava cliffs overlooking the ocean. Watch the whales while working out! Tennis Courts, Half-court Basketball, Pickle Ball Court and Putting Green, Hammocks and Outdoor Group BBQ area on site.
The complex is walking distance to all that Waikoloa Beach Resort offers- Fun Ocean activities in Anaeho'omalu "A-Bay", fine dining, great shopping at both the Queens and Kings Shops. 5-star Golf at the Kings and Beach Courses.
Please be advised that the front desk is located to the left of the Hali'i Kai gated entry where you will need to check in to get the Ocean Club pass. They are open daily from 10 am-6 pm. ***The front desk will charge a $ 25.00 per day/per unit resort fee for use of the amenities. *** You will need to pay them directly with your credit card at the resort upon arrival. Cash or checks are not accepted.
