Aloha and welcome! We are pleased to invite you to stay in our well-maintained, fully furnished, ground-floor villa on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii at Waikoloa Beach Resort. This corner unit, with its 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. With 1403 square feet of space, our villa offers plenty of room for families or groups. We hope that you love it as much as we do!
The master bedroom has a Cal-king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. This spacious villa comes with a lot of amenities. These include free WIFI and internet, parking, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. This kitchen has almost everything you need to prepare your next meal. Relax and enjoy the stunning mountain and garden views from the lanai. The villa also has a BBQ grill on the lanai for your enjoyment.
Hali'i Kai is a private gated community with top-notch amenities. One of these is a multi-tiered resort-size saltwater lagoon pool with a sand bottom hot tub, waterfall, and in-water loungers. There's also a poolside restaurant and bar, the Ocean Club, with its own gourmet chef, grills, and a dining area for guests. Other amenities include a fully equipped fitness center with Peloton bikes set on the lava cliffs overlooking the ocean, tennis courts, a half-court basketball court, a pickleball court, and a putting green. You can even watch whales while working out! The complex also has hammocks and a group barbecue area.
The complex is walking distance to all that Waikoloa Beach Resort offers- Fun Ocean activities in Anaeho'omalu "A-Bay", fine dining, great shopping at both the Queens and Kings Shops. 5-star Golf at the Kings and Beach Courses.
It's the perfect location to be in, with the best resort location, and within walking distance of all the resort has to offer.
Please be advised that the front desk is located to the left of the Hali'i Kai gated entry where you will need to check in to get the Ocean Club pass. They are open daily from 10 am-6 pm. Please note that the resort collects a $25.00 per day/per unit resort fee for use of the amenities. You will need to pay them directly with your credit card at the resort upon arrival. Cash or checks are not accepted.
