We are close to one of the two pools in the complex where you can relax and enjoy. There is a community BBQ area in the complex as well as a golf course near by that you get discounted golf with the amenity cards provided in the property. Guests have access to the Waikoloa Village Community Pool and receive discounted golf rates at the Village Course at Waikoloa designed by Robert Trent Jones II! This is a great condo for a quiet get away with great views from the lanai!! Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $1,000. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The starter pack contains: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.
