This was my families first time to Hawaii and it was exactly as I expected. Home away from home in paradise! Central to everything we needed and well setup for vacationers. Clean and up to date accommodations making it very easy to relax and call it home while making brief trips to Costco or local markets when or if you need to. The pool is awesome and right outside. I liked the privacy of this location while feeling like I was in the centre of the hot spot. You cant go wrong with this location.

Amazing stay
This rental was the perfect place for us. Lots of room for a couple and 1 other. Up and down bedrooms provided privacy. The condo had great style, clean, working appliances and AC. I thought everything in the rental had a purpose and a use. Down to the beach chairs, ice cooler and boogie boards. Location was safe, clean, quiet, and accessible to the beaches, highway, restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again for our next visit. I highly recommend.

We stayed at this property in September 2022. We were very pleased with this vacation rental. It is well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to beach gear. The bed was comfy and the location quiet for sleeping. There is a very nice pool very near the unit as well as BBQ's on site. Great location great for walking, golf and shopping. Beaches are short distances away. Really enjoyed our stay! Management company easy to deal with.

This was our first time at Colony Villas. Everything was as described on the site, all pictures were accurate and detailed. Checkin was easy, hassle free. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. Had a little problem with the water but property management came and fixed it right away.
Overall, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at unit 2106 in Waikoloa Colony Villas for almost 3 weeks in February 2022. The unit is very comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath with a large living/dining/kitchen area and small outdoor patio. Master bedroom has ensuite with 2 showers (one with a tub) and huge walk-in closet with a safe. Second bedroom is ground floor level with adjacent bathroom (shower and tub combo). Dining room seats four easily, and there is a breakfast bar with two stools. Kitchen is very well equipped - we have stayed at many self-catering units all over the world, and this is the best kitchen we have seen. Stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, sandwich grill, coffee grinder, coffee maker, kettle, and huge selection of pots and pans. Lots of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils, knives, storage containers, measuring cups, bowls, rolling pin, pizza and cake pans. Washer and dryer. Furniture is Polynesian themed throughout and is very comfortable. Big TV in living room and TVs also in bedrooms. In the garage is a selection of beach toys - boogie boards, snorkelling gear, folding chairs, beach tent and umbrellas.
The unit is in a very quiet complex. Well maintained and landscaped. Two pools with hot tubs. Barbecues. Very quiet. Nearby (about a mile) are two shopping malls that serve a variety of vacation properties. Many beaches in easy driving distance. 2 nearby golf courses. About 30 minutes from airport, and 40 minutes from major stores (Safeway, WalMart). A great location for exploring the west and north coasts of the big island of Hawai'i.
